On a recent trip to the Capitol in December, I was fortunate to meet Lieutenant Governor Dennis Daugaard.   Wild horse viewing certainly attracts many visitors to our state.  ISPMB’s goal is to create in a new paradigm in wild horse protection through eco-tourism.  See our tourism page.
